I‘m unfortunately a music artist and cannot scout art based work. But I think it’s ok if you ask like that, because you don’t mention anyone directly, and scouts who are searching after things like that come here, so it’s reasonable. Won’t do it without requirements, but it’s totally fine to ask like that.

Part of the etiquette of the art portal is to -not- ask to be scouted. Artists will scout you based on the quality of your work, not because you ask for it.
